Early in 2009, the HKMA (Hong Kong Monetary Authority) legislated that retail banks providing Investment Services should provide clearer identification of investment service areas to their customers. Using buttercup yellow, a new branding concept developed by CCB, innovation developed space planning and boundary solutions for the different teams whilst promoting the new brand visibility within twenty seven retail branches in Hong Kong and Kowloon. As branches were open to the public until Saturday lunchtimes, our deadlines were tight, using weekends only, to turn-around each individual project within a period of two months. |
